The season was abruptly brought to an early end last summer due to the COVID outbreak, but they are back and in the pool.
The club swims on every Friday night from 6pm right through until March, with a short two-week break over Christmas.
The club has a number of new families and lots of young swimmers keen to take part.
The children are very keen to race and improve their strokes whilst also having a bit of fun with the club's ramped up novelty activities this year.
The committee is dedicated to providing a race or novelty for all swimmers regardless of ability.
The older children are encouraged to help the little kids, meaning everyone is involved and the swim club meets have a lovely, inclusive feel.
All swimmers are cheered on and everyone is encouraged to try new strokes and the many events on offer.
The swim club meets are a family affair.
The club is pleased to be able to have the barbecue back up and running so everyone can have dinner whilst enjoying the swimming at the pool.
The club''s wonderful coach, Mr Gary Harton, is running squad training sessions after school twice a week, and all swim club members from beginners to competitive swimmers are encouraged to attend.
All current COVID regulations are being followed and the committee keeps members up to date as the situation changes.
The Boorowa Amateur Swim Club welcomes new members throughout the season.
It is a fantastic family activity on a Friday night.
