Evans won the Doug Dwyer shield at Orange on Sunday, October 31, the only shooter clean for the event.
He was very closely followed by Damian Rowett, who was one point down and Justin Smith, two points down.
Event 2 was the 25 Target Merv Williams Handicap Qualifier, with Damian Rowett best overall after a shoot off and gaining a metre, now on 24m.
Justin Smith put a 25/25 together in the handicap.
High Gun was won by Grady Evans after a shoot off with Damian Rowett, meaning Boorowa shooters won Event 1, Event 2 and High Gun.
Well done lads.
October shoot
At the October shoot, Matt Stoke won the Noel Dwight Memorial Handicap event with an awesme score of 49/50 of 25m.
The second event was the NSW State Mixed Targets.
Congratulations to Grady Evans for taking the win and continuing a fine run of form.
In the third event, the 20 Pair DR. both Grady Evans and Damian Rowett shot 38/40 to tie.
Eventually Grady took the win after the shoot off.
A special mention to Ray Schiller hasn't shot for a while and nearly give Grady and Damian a run with a very respectable 37/40 in DR.
Well done.
Upcoming events
Shooters are reminded the Boorowa Classic Two Day shoot will be taking place on November 27 and 28.
