The free event will be held at the Young Golf Club on Saturday, May 1 from 10am to 2pm.
Jackie Cooper, Clinical Midwifery Educator at Young Hospital said the aim of the event is to equip women with the tools, education and supports to prepare them for a healthy pregnancy.
"Guest speakers on the day will include topics such as women's wellness, emotional wellbeing, exercise and gestational diabetes," Jackie said.
"We will also have a range of community groups and service providers present so that women can find out about all the different supports that are available to them before, during and after the birth of their child.
"At Murrumbidgee Local Health District we participate in the Get Healthy in Pregnancy (GHiP) program, which has highlighted the need for us to engage with women before they become pregnant.
"So we've gathered all the information and supports you need when preparing and planning for a healthy pregnancy so you can access them all in one place."
Lunch and refreshments will also be provided as well as gift bags and lucky door prizes.
The event has been sponsored by the Hilltops Suicide Prevention Network.
