One activity included the use of the parachute. The parachute is an inclusive activity which can involve everyone working together or as teams.
It provides lots of fun while developing and improving strength and flexibility of the arm and shoulder muscles as well as other muscle groups.
A number of games were played including numbering off into two sides and called numbers running under the raised parachute to exchange places.
Another game involved teams trying to score points by bouncing a ball off the opposite team's side.
One parent remarked that the children must have been having a good time as she could hear the noise from the street when she came to collect her child.
We look forward to seeing everyone in Term 4 when they will be working toward an in-club competition.
