Under 16s League Tag
The Under 16 girls had a great win last week playing against a well drilled Cootamundra team.
The girls played some fabulous league tag as a team and passed the ball around to come away with a 24-12 win.
The try scorers were Eliza Butt, Imogen Pye and the trifecta was notched up for Lily Holmes.
Abbie Grant converted two of those tries.
All girls were strong in attack and defence and it would be impossible to single out any stand out performances as each of them gave it their all.
Players' player was Lily Holmes and Best and Fairest points went to Lily Holmes, Clare Flick and Eliza Butt.
Jacob Piper and Adam Wade have been coaching the girls and the results show that they must be putting in the effort at training.

Under 14s League Tag
As the girl's took the field on Saturday morning, they knew that coming up against the girl's from Cootamundra would not be a walk in the park.
Prepared for the challenge, they had the Bulldog's scrambling from the outset.
A tag in goal from Isabella Piper helped to set up the first try of the game, scored by Hayley Hambrook with Sara Collin's attempt at conversion unfortunately unsuccessful.
New to the team, Samantha Beal, showed an impressive improvement in her ball skills and game play, with a few great runs and playing a big part in the team's strategic moves.
The second half saw some awesome runs and defence from Isabella and the team's second try for the game was scored by Eliza Taylor with Amelia Rowan's attempt at conversion unfortunately unsuccessful.
Tiredness in the second half was a massive factor but the girls never wavered from their game plan and continued to talk and encourage each other until the end.
Despite their best efforts, the girl's went down to the Cootamundra side with a final score of 16-8.
