He was stopped by Young highway patrol about 1.37pm on Wednesday, October 9 on the Lachlan Valley Way, Boorowa.
He was allegedly detected travelling at a speed of 143km/h in a 100km/h zone.
The man was unable to produce a licence and inquiries revealed that his licence was allegedly suspended.
He was issued an infringement notice for the speeding offence and issued court attendance notice for Young Local Court on November 13.
