Preston Harris was our only representative in MAG and competed at Level 2. His routines were well executed and he was awarded first overall and first on all five apparatuses: The floor, parallel bars, pommel, vault and high bar.
His highest apparatus score was 9.90 on parallel bars and his overall score was a highly commendable 38.60.
Carrie Smith was the only competitor on GFA Level 3 and successfully performed all of her routines.
Bea Lucas and Emerson Mann-Rea competed in WAG Level 3, placing third and fourth overall. Emerson achieved equal second on bars and vault, and Bea placed second on beam.
The largest group to participate were WAG level 1. The Gynasts were Phoebe Bassinghthwaighte, Bonnie Bronham, Halle Brown, Ruby Lucas, Daisy Manges, Edie Shea and Annabelle Smith. The scores were very close with only 0.80 separating second to 11th places.
Daisy placed second overall, second on beam, and equal third with Bonnie on floor, while Ruby, Phoebe and Edie were equal first on the vault.
Edie also placed second on the bars, first on the beam and floor, and was the most successful competitor in this group, coming first with a well deserved overall score of 37.7.
