Mrs Fahey travelled from Melbourne back to Boorowa for the occasion.
Eileen (nee Withers) grew up on her parents' wool-growing property with her brother Bill and sister Noreen (O'Sullivan) at "Louvain", Boorowa.
After working with the Americans in Melbourne during WW2, she married Tom Fahey of "Hillgrove", continuing her associating with the wool-industry.
Last weekend, Eileen and Tom's children, Fred, Sue and Lil, her grandchildren and great grandchildren, enjoyed a remarkable weekend in her company.

On Saturday afternoon, Eddie Corcoran's historic homestead, 'Corcoran's Plains', was a delightful setting for the gathering of 65 family members and friends, many returning to the district from far and wide.
Mother's Day morning tea at the vibrant 'Pantry on Pudman', was followed by a walk around Joseph Corkhill's delightful garden at "Rockfield".
