Here is the results from Round 12 last Thursday and again there were some great efforts this week.
RSL hosted the Top Pub Jameson’s and in a tight match the RSL ran out winners 4/3.
Clare Curtis was a standout throwing a 72 three Dart Peg 18, 18 Double 18.
A special mention to Lance Rufford Sharpe with a near faultless throw of 174.
The Rec Blue hosted the Ex-Services 26's with the Blue winning 6/1.
Rod Neeson was again consistent with three hundreds scored and a very nice 132 peg out.
He was well supported by Colin Death with three hundred scores 100,125,140.
Steve Makings played well with two hundreds, 115 and 140 and Russell George with a ton.
The 26's had Stewart Blomfield contribute with a 105 score and Alex Blomfield had a nice win over Lynn Chapman in his third game of competitive darts.
The Top Pub Guinness hosted the FitzRyans, with the Guinness winning 5/2.
Lots of tons were thrown with Lester Murphy hitting three, Richard Hall with three tons 120,116 and 100, and a 42 peg out and also Dennis Watson consistent with another three hundreds 118,100,100.
The RMS Boys had hundreds by Toni Harvey being 125 and 100 and a nice 140 by Brad Walsh.
The Shamrocks hosted the Whisky Business with The Shamrocks winning 4/3.
Highlights were a nice 113 to the Shamrocks Neil Turner and tons to The Whiskies Alex McClung getting two (100,100) Pete Bell 122 and Sam Collier 113.
The Ram and Stallion Mad Ramz hosted the Rec Gold with the Rec boys getting home 5/2.
Hundreds by Rick Bennett 116 and the Mad Ramz Ray Poplin with 101 and 100 and a 39 peg by Robert Dunwoodie.
In the final clash of the round the Top Pub Leprechauns hosted the undefeated Ram and Stallion RAMZ with the RAMZ getting a 4/3 win.
Highlights were a 125 to Jacob Carmody and hundreds to the Leprechauns Patrick Beadman and David Apps.
A reminder to arrange your partners for the Mixed Doubles Championships so a draw can be organised prior to commencement on the night.
Finally, a meeting will be held next Monday night, June 25, at the Ram and Stallion at 7pm to discuss the gradings, draw and the rest of the season.
