Swimmers and their families and friends made the trip from Binalong, Yass, Harden and Jugiong to take part in an event that is open to the whole community.
A big thank you must go out to the amazing Boorowa community members who volunteered their time to help with BBQing, timekeeping and other jobs that make the night run smoothly.
The other Shine Shield events for 2018 are:
- Harden, Wednesday, January 10 at 6pm
- Binalong, Sunday, January 14 at 11am
- Jugiong, Wednesday, January 17 at 6pm
- Yass, Saturday, January 20 at 5pm
Warm ups start one hour earlier.
All welcome, no affiliation with any swimming club is required and races are free (normal pool entry applies).
