This week, it was time for our swimmers to show us their backstroke skills.

For the girls, Kirsten Piper, Elle McIntosh, Emme Kelly and Evie Munns all swam well in the 50m races.

For the boys, Marty McGrath and Jacob Piper mixed it with newcomer Graham Jones for some great racing.

Grace and Angus Shea are going from strength to strength in the water and enjoying themselves at the same time, which is what it is all about.

Little Alfie Shean braved his races this week with the help of big cousin Marlie McIntosh.

Marlie then joined Majella McGrath, Stephanie Piper and Mackella Pye in the 200m freestyle.

Next week’s races are 50m free, 12m free, 25m free, 100m breast, 50m free, 25m b/fly, 12m free and 100m back to be swum in that order.
