The parade aims to visually showcase clothing that can be produced using wool.
The 2015 parade will feature:
LADY KATE: Local company started up by Boorowa girl Penny Merriman, who has designed her own Pure Australian Merino brand jumpers for women.
All Lady Kate jumpers are made in Australia by Australian Merino wool.
AWI: The event will showcase Australian Wool Innovation's (AWI) Runway 101 collection which features current season, commercially available garments from some of Australia's best known designers and retailers including Country Road, Collette Dinnigan and MJ Bale.
BUSH BEAUTIQUE - YOUNG: Sam and Pam Stolhand are nationally acclaimed award winning local designers from Young.
The Golden Gown awards and the Wool Fashion awards are just some of the awards they have won across the years. This year's collection includes knitted, felted and fine wool.
WOOLERINA: Locally produced Australian made 100 per cent natural, sustainable, fully renewable woollen garments adaptable to all environments. Their range caters for active to leisure wear.
THE LOFT: Local fashion store in Young; owned by Helen Walker, promotes woollen articles as part of her fashion range. The Loft offers woollen blend garments as well as pure wool.
BOW and ARROW: Combining their love of beautiful woollen fabrics, Yass women Sarah Grogan and Jodi McColl developed the concept of Bow and Arrow.
