The people of the Boorowa district and those who travelled long distances came together at the Boorowa War Memorial to honour the centenary of Anzac Day and commemorate the fallen.
With the ceremony over, hundreds of people took shelter from the rain and hail at the Boorowa Ex-Services Club, where commemorations continued and a barbecue lunch was available for all.
