One of those graduates, Vanessa Haines, will be stationed in Boorowa for the next six months.
She said she's looking forward to the challenge of working in a smaller service.
"I've never worked in an MPS before but so far, so good, everyone is so supportive, I'm really happy to have started here," she said.
"I've heard a lot of people say, particularly if they've studied in the city and could only get a rural placement, they are surprised how much they've like it and how much they've learned.
"I'm excited, I'm so nervous, I'm overwhelmed but I know they are supportive here."
Down the track, Vanessa said she would be interested in working in women's health in a rural location.
"I'm really keen to learn more about women's health in the rural landscape, particularly around early motherhood as well," she said.
"I'm keen to learn rural nursing, that's a specialty in itself."
Facility Manager, Cecilia Walsh said she's excited to have Vanessa and another graduate join the team this year.
"We're just super excited to have her, she seems lovely and she's already made some really good relationships with the residents and the staff," she said.
"We're looking forward to having her here for the next six months."
Cecilia said new graduates often bring a sense of enthusiasm with them.
"It's fantastic, I love having them especially the new grads because they are young, they're full of enthusiasm, they've got the grasp of IT," she said.
Hospitals and health services across the Murrumbidgee Local Health District will welcome 85 registered nurse and midwife graduates in 2020.
According to MLHD, 52 registered nurses and one registered midwife will commence in February with a further 33 registered nurses starting in August.
