The Crocs are assured of a semi-final spot, it's just a matter of where they finish.
A top two position will give them a major semi-final berth and a double chance.
Last Saturday they showed plenty of character after looking as though they may well lose the match.
Eventually they ran out comfortable winners by 35 runs.
After winning the toss and batting, Boorowa lost Mat Ackland for just two from a sensational catch.

Josh Carmody and Brendon Shean steadied the ship with a 46-run standard before Josh Carmody lost his off stump after making 29.
Mark Poplin joined Brendon Shean for an 82 run third wicket stand taking the score to 3/141 after 30 overs.
Brendon was only dismissed by a run out for a well compiled 55.
Boorowa began to up the run rate in the last ten overs taking a few more risks with plenty of wickets in hand.
They reached a respectable 8/200 when the 40 overs were done with Mark Poplin completing a well-made 53 whilst James Farrell 18 Not Out, Brad Ackland 18 and Jacob Carmody 14 chipped in with short late innings cameos.
The Gundaroo innings was in stark contrast to Boorowa.
It was clear they were going to get the runs quickly or not at all.
After losing an early wicket, their top order plundered the Boorowa attack in the first 13 overs to reach 2/107.
However, two good spells from Boorowa's Brad Ackland and Jacob Carmody then slowed the onslaught as Gundaroo lost two quick wickets to be 4/120.
Gundaroo recovered to reach 4/160 off just 21 overs and once again it appeared the game was slipping away from the locals.
However, when Jacob Carmody made another breakthrough, the long Gundaroo tail was exposed and quickly capitulated to be all-out for 165 with still some 16 overs remaining.
Best of the Boorowa bowlers was speedster Jacob Carmody with 5/56 off eight fine overs.
Brad Ackland was again impressive with 2/36 off eight overs.
It wasn't such a good day for Boorowa bowlers Nick Dwyer and skipper Josh Carmody.
Nick is considering using a longer pitch after being sin binned following a string of no balls whilst skipper Josh was last seen retrieving a ball from the kid's playground at the pool.
To be fair, these two have been outstanding all year and its better to have days like this now rather than the upcoming semifinals.
In the end it was a comfortable victory by 35 runs but there were a few nervous moments.
The win means Boorowa now have a chance to finish in the top two whilst Gundaroo must rely on Boorowa to beat Dalton this week to have any chance of playing in the first-grade semi-finals.

There's plenty on the line for both sides in the Boorowa V Dalton derby at Dalton.
Dalton will make the semis with a win, but a loss will see their season done.
Boorowa, whilst a loss isn't fatal, will finish third and face an elimination semi the following week.
With a large win or a Bowning defeat in their match, Boorowa will come second in the top grade.
Meanwhile, Boorowa's other team will play their last game of the year in Boorowa against Binalong after no longer being in contention for the semis.
It should be a great game for the Crocs against Dalton so why not get down to Dalton and watch the side go around or head to Bay 13 for probably the last time this season and see if the Gators can bring down arch rivals Binalong and finish the season on a high.
See you at the cricket.
