Harrison Corcoran of Farm Street failed to appear before the court charged with exceeding the speed limit by over 30km/h and the matter was dealt with in his absence.
According to police facts, around 8.25 am on October 6, 2019 Corcoran was travelling along Redfern Street, Cowra when he was detected by police lidar traveling 94km/h in a 50km/h zone.
When stopped by police and questioned about his speed Corcoran was surprised saying, "oh f***, what's the speed limit here".
At the time Corcoran was the only vehicle on the road.
