Hayley Hambrook was explosive in her defence throughout the game and the girls also displayed great teamwork to score tries.
Georgia Squire-Wilson used her quick speed on the day to score four tries and convert one.
Other tries were by Bonnie Abnett, Hayley Hambrook and Shania McKinnon and our conversions were kicked by Bonnie Abnett, Hayley Hambrook and Heidi O'Connor.
The team would like to welcome back Shania who has returned from a knee injury.
Final score was 36 to 20.
Under 9s League Tag
The girls went up against the Wagga Kangaroos and played hard for their points, Tamsyn Richie once again found the try line and converted two of those, Juliet O'Brien scored a brilliant run away try as well as Emma Craig and Grace Shea who also scored tries.
Our team will no doubt work on their defensive tagging after letting in the most tries against any team all year.
