It is with great disappointment to hear a leak from Young Council that one and a half million dollars was spent on legal costs in the past couple of years.

It has also cost around another four hundred thousand dollars against a Bendick Murrell tourist park developer who had consent in his favour by the Land and Environment Court, the Arborist issued a report that the trees are a danger to the public and should be removed immediately, David Aber also agreed the trees were a danger.
Council administrator Wendy Tuckerman in writing refused to accept a Level 5 Arborist report, Hilltops Council refused to remove the stop work notice to allow the marked trees to be removed.
A Council employee was seen taking all the Arborist markings off these trees, why?
The Rural Fire Service permit also received objections from council to construct fire breaks to protect Bendick Murrell.
No cost would have been forced on rate payers if only our council had a little common sense and innovation.
Amazing enough personal attack can distract some when it cost nothing out of their pocket and they feel the power they have
Court proceedings meant nothing from Young Council.
The Land and Environment Court has the say, not the Hilltops Administrator.
Harden and Boorowa involved, not being notified is again costing you, the rate payer, very frightening you would think.
We the rate payers of Hilltops shire deserve to know where our money is spent.
Young, Harden and Boorowa now are three equal Councils, combined are they paying for Young’s court costs.
Harden do not pay for green bins, I don't think Boorowa have these bins and about ninety per cent of residents in YOUNG do not want these green bins, so where do we go now?
One very important question I would like to know: why no nominations for future councillors are being called?
We the rate payers are entitled to know who to vote for.
Mrs Tuckerman, Anthony McMahon and Brian Ingram: if these accusations are true you should resign immediately.
If not true, then please set the record straight by putting in place positive truth with the correct records as we do have our written information in hand.
Police need information to investigate the Peter Vlatko event.
This should also be a very important matter, no employee or employer should be given grace for wrong doing regarding who they are paying back, the money is not an option regardless of the circumstances, charges must be laid.
I am asking people in Harden, Boorowa and Young for help in the running of a partition to bring Hilltops Council to answer all questions rate payers need answers for.
All three disbanded Councils should now come together as one who need to know where we are going, and who we are going to vote for as Councillors at next election.
Form as one and give the media permission to attend reporting information to the rate payers of Hilltops shire Council.
I will still partition against the Green Bins those who want can have at their cost.
Over $200,000.00 is well over the top from Young alone, composting much better option.
