The Devils made the trip to Condobolin last Saturday for what turned out to be a fantastic day of rugby.
The sun was shining, the game was fast and physical — perfect conditions for running rugby!
Harden got off to a slow start, with Condo striking first to take an early 5-0 lead. But true to form, the Devils responded with intensity, finding their rhythm and running in four tries to head into halftime leading 26-5.
The second half was a tough, evenly matched contest, with both sides adding 12 points apiece.
One of the standout moments came from hooker Beefa Richens, who booted a loose ball 30 metres into Condo’s in-goal. Edward McGeoch chased it down perfectly for a well-earned try.
