"This bill - if passed - would create a legal framework to provide for, and regulate access to, voluntary assisted dying for persons in NSW with a terminal illness," Mrs Tuckerman said in a statement on Friday.
"It also includes various safeguards.
"I have made available on my website a full copy of the draft Bill, frequently asked questions and answers, as well as a flow chart of the proposed process, for the benefit of anyone who wishes to view it at www.wendytuckerman.com
"I am seeking feedback from the community on their thoughts on the bill and have opened a poll to hear opinions of Goulburn electorate constituents.
"If you have contacted my office on the subject previously, I thank you and your feedback has been considered."
