Giving thanks to local medical staff: Letter to the editor

On a busy school holiday weekend, I stopped in Boorowa on my way from Dubbo to Canberra.

My baby was unwell and he needed to see a doctor before travelling any further.

The reception staff at Boorowa Medical Centre were extremely helpful and concerned and got my baby seen by the doctor in less than 10 minutes.

Dr Sai was friendly and professional and alleviated a lot of my stress with his thorough examination.

Over the weekend he followed-up results and kept in contact to make sure my baby was ok.

Dr Sai went above and beyond his duties.

A small country town like Boorowa is lucky to have him as part of their community.
