Boorowa's services and march down Marsden Street will go ahead while Rugby will hold their annual Anzac Day dawn service at 6:30am followed by a breakfast at Rugby Hall.

Boorowa's dawn service will take place at the Boorowa War Memorial at 5.50am for a 6am.

A barbecue breakfast will be provided following the service with the usual refreshments available.

Participants in the march are asked to assemble at old Post Office on the corner of Queen Street and Marsden Street at 10.30am for a 10.40am start.

General public and descendants are invited to march, with medals optional.

The 11am service will be held at the War Memorial with strict COVIDsafe measure in place.

Attendees are asked to abide by the 1.5m rule, sign in via QR codes and sanitise.

The annual luncheon will take place at 12pm at the Boorowa Ex-Services Club.

Due to COVIDsafe requirements, the luncheon is restricted to invited guests, descendants, war widows and veterans and their families.

Lunch will be served from 12.30pm.

Bookings are essential and need to be made direct to the Boorowa Ex-Services Club on 6385 3338 before April 20.

Cost for the lunch is $30 pp and payments are to be made on the day upon entry before being seated.

War widows and sub-branch members are at no charge.

Murringo will also host Anzac Day commemorations, with a service at the Murringo Memorial Hall from 8:30am.

Participants are asked to assemble on Murringo Gap Road adjacent to Murringo Public School for the march south to the Murringo Memorial Hall.
