Regular table tennis sessions for seniors are a feature of Tuesday mornings at St John's Parish Hall, Boorowa.

An enthusiastic group of local and visiting seniors use the sessions to enjoy the fun and physical well being that the activity represents.

This week eight people were enjoying the sport and the group is most grateful to the Blomfield family for their donation of an extra table, plus other equipment.

There is plenty of laughter during play from both players and spectators, and this atmosphere continues during the leisurely morning tea which accompanies the sessions.

Table tennis for seniors is held each Tuesday from 10am to 12 noon, and everyone is welcome, whatever their standard of ability.

Most are pretty rusty, but are gradually improving thanks to the regular practice.
