Last Saturday, the gymnasts from Boorowa Gymnastics Club who have previously passed a level, but were unable to compete anywhere this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, had the opportunity of participating in an in-club competition with modified routines.

The routines contained a range of skills to select from, as well as compulsory skills appropriate to the level that they had previously passed.
This gave some variety to the routines and enabled them to choose the skills that they were best able to perform.
All gymnasts are to be congratulated for their efforts on the day.
Bea Lucas achieved first overall with a score of 37.2 out of 40 with Ivy and Mylee Taylor also scoring in the first division at 36.5 and 36.2 respectively.
Bea achieved the highest individual apparatus score of the event on Bars, Destiny on Beam, Ivy on Vault and Tilly and Bea equal on Floor.
Lachlan Li, Preston Harris, Daisy Manges, Annie Smith and Ivy Taylor achieved their highest apparatus score on Vault.
Anika Li, Ruby Lucas, and Tilly Bowman achieved their highest apparatus score on Floor.
Destiny Hardefeldt, Finlay Shore and Carrie Smith achieved their highest apparatus scores on Beam.
Bea Lucas and Mylee Taylor achieved their highest apparatus scores on Bars.
This Saturday will be the last day of gymnastics for the year culminating in our gymnastics display and presentation at 11.30am.
