Donald Trump. Tests. Positive. Coronavirus.
Those five words say it all. Maybe add in "the First Lady, too" and you've got the gist of it.
The 45th President of the United States took 23 words to deliver the news when he announced it via his favourite medium, Twitter, mid-afternoon our time.
At the time of writing it had been retweeted 473.6k times and been liked 519.8k times.
Not too long after, the First Lady was a tad more expansive in her 46-word tweet but the message was the same.
But still, the gates of the internet are permanently open so let the avalanche of words begin ...
Besides those important four words mentioned above here's how a few of the world's biggest news websites responded:
The New York Times added in "After months of playing down outbreak's severity, President confronts infection". In US-style every word was capitalised.
The Huffington Post opted for the more colloquial: "Oval Office outbreak - Pres tests positive - Melanie too" (yes, all in capitals) while Fox News opted to shout "COVID AT THE WHITE HOUSE".
The Wall Street Journal played it straight as did the US ABC News, USAtoday, Reuters, NBC News, The Times of India and Aljezeera.
China Daily was a bit slow off the mark and was still spruiking about "Trump, Biden tear into each other".
The UK papers weren't as wild as perhaps you would first imagine. From "TRUMP HAS COVID" on The Sun to The Daily Star's "President tests positive" it was all reasonably sensible. Expect that to change as the day wears on over there.
However, it was left to the Daily Mail's UK website to keep the world in context. On its list-like homepage, the president's news overtaken by gems about The Bachelor, Big Brother and The Bachelorette barely an hour after it was released.
Oh, and in the time it took to check out those websites, Mr Trump's tweet now has 529k retweets and 623k likes.
