As the latest in a distinguished list of students, the quartet will be the role models for their fellow students in a year that is hopefully full of celebrations for the school.
Principal Graham Jones said he was looking forward to working with the students in the upcoming year.
"Pending COVID-19 restrictions, it is my hope that we can celebrate 151 years of Boorowa Central School next year after postponing our plans this year," he said.
"The new student leadership body will play a vital role in these celebrations as well as all other school and community based activities that return post COVID-19.
"Each of the four newly elected student leaders are excellent young adults in their own unique way. Each student brings strengths to their position that enable them to positively influence their peers for the betterment of the school.
"I hope to work closely with them to not only build their leadership capacity but to gauge their opinion when devising future directions for the school."
Meet Boorowa Central School's leaders:
Marni Halls - Captain
As one of the school captains for 2021 Marni is hoping to be a good leader and learn new leadership skills in her role.
Inspired by Michelle Obama and her implementation of healthy food programs and helping women in lower socioeconomic status achieve higher education, Marni enjoys representing the school and chose to run for school captain so she can inspire others.
With a passion for her work and team work, she enjoys socialising with the community and said being present as Captain in front of the whole school has been her favourite moment at Boorowa Central School.
With a dream to end poverty and homelessness Marni would like to have the power to stop time and make the special moments last longer.
James Farrell - Captain
As school captain for Boorowa Central School in 2021, James hopes to lead the school with pride and help support his fellow students.
Inspired by Steve Smith and his ability to overcome obstacles, James hopes to lead and represent the school in his final year.
A former martial artist, James hopes to either be traveling or finishing university in the next five to 10 years.
James enjoys fishing, cricket, touch football and "being with the boys", and winning the CHS touch football opens competition in 2018 has been his favourite moment at Boorowa Central School.
With a dream to change COVID-19, James would like to have the power to stop time so that he could do whatever he wants whenever.
Benjamin Klose - Vice Captain
As Vice Captain for 2021, Benjamin is aiming to help as many of his fellow students through the challenges they may face in the coming year in his new role.
Inspired by Shane Warne and Trent Cotchin, Benjamin is hoping to have an impact on Boorowa Central School and its students in a positive way.
A keen gamer in his spare time, Benjamin is hoping to be finishing university in five years and loving his time in work in 10 years.
With a passion for sport and for computers, his favourite moment at Boorowa Central School has been taking first place in the Central Schools touch competition in Dubbo.
With a dream of getting rid of COVID-19, Benjamin would like to have the power to stop time so he could stop and think about what he is about to do.
Malachi Scroop - Vice Captain
As the final member of the Boorowa Central School leadership team for 2021, Vice Captain Malachi is looking to show his fellow students the right way to participate in the school.
Inspired by Martin Luther King Jr, Malachi is hoping to be a positive role model for his fellow students and fix problems around the school.
Aiming to be a musician, producing his own tracks and traveling around Australia in five to 10 years time, Malachi often likes to take oddly shaped skittles or M&Ms, draw eyes on them, name them and keep them as a pet for a week.
While he has a passion for guitar, practicing morning and night, Malachi also enjoys fishing, skateboarding and surfing.
His favourite moment from Boorowa Central School has been his Year 9 excursion to Sydney to learn about plants and the coal system, with the added bonus of watching State of Origin on the big screen.
With a dream of ending poverty making sure each person made enough money to feed, house and clothe themselves and their families, Malachi would like to have the power to stop time so he could stop bad things before they happen.
