The early round results were, Greg Thurtell defeated David Bromham 32-22 while Charlie Sorgsepp won over John Piper 31-17.
Then Tim Bonfield defeated Charlie in a very close encounter 31-30.
That left only Tim and Greg to battle out the final.
Over 36 ends Greg won the title 31-13.
The club congratulates Greg on his win.
On less weightier matters, social bowls were played last Thursday and this produced a three way tie for the trophy.
President John Crowe is finding some form, sharing the prize with Bert McMahon and Tim Bonfield on 22 points.
Tim is showing early season form despite the lockdown.
