Maurice and Frances Millynn purchased the property and May 5, 1960 moved there with their children Wayne, 10, Stephen, nine, Neil, five and Monica, five months old.
Youngest son Craig had not been born yet.
The Millynn's previously owned a farm on the federal highway and lived at Gundaroo.
Frogmore in the 1960s was a vibrant village which included a police station, general store, primary school, tennis club, annual picnic sports and annual gymkhana.
"Tyrone" predominantly produces merino wool, is considered home to all who have lived there and is an integral part of the Millynn family.
