Are you alright?
My thoughts are with all Hilltops residents, that is why I write.
We are all entering uncharted waters and it is very natural to be concerned, frightened and at times afraid.
Don't be frightened, stay calm and in our private time alone reassure ourselves that the coronavirus will not break our spirit.
We are Australian, we are the Hilltops people, 19,000 of us, under pressure we stick together because that is the Australian way and now is the time to show all, that too, is the newly amalgamated Hilltops way.
For obvious reasons, living in beautiful and clean Hilltops country, we have a great advantage over our city cousins.
Please stay calm my friends, don't hoard, stay home and buy only your requirements for a week or two.
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
From WW1 to WW2, from the polio virus in the 1950s to the Korean and Vietnam wars, from wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and in between, many different flus.
Who could forget our last big financial crisis some twelve years ago and now coronavirus.
Stay calm dear friends.
I have no doubt that if we self isolate we cannot be infected.
Stay calm, self isolate and you and the Hilltops shall be the winners.
Remember: When the going gets tough, the tough get going. We the Hilltops people are tough.
My dear fellow Hilltops residents, please be courageous, stay strong, stay positive and don't let it break our spirit.
Always remember, not only do we live in the best and safest country in the world, we also live in one of the safest parts of Australia - our Hilltops.
Stay calm, self isolate, wash hands more often and longer than normal and remember we are all in it together - look out for each other.
I care for you all, so please give me a call if I can assist in any way, any time on 0419 204 364.
