Hosted by NSW Farmers Yass and Harden branches, Hovells Creek Landcare Group, Boorowa Community Landcare Group, Yass Area Network of Landcare Groups and South East Local Land Services, the workshop will be held on Thursday, February 20 from 9am till 4pm at the CSIRO Boorowa Ag Research station.
The day will feature a hands on workshop facilitated by Mark Gardner, where participants will chew the numbers on different options to feed livestock.

This is not a 'how to' day, it's about 'why' and 'if it works for you' to maximise opportunities and be ready for when the drought breaks.
There will be discussions, questions and time to explore budgets.
Case study sheep breeders Norm and Pip Smith from Glenwood Merinos, Wellington, Rowan Medway, Director and operations manager Agscope Farm Management based in Crookwell and local mentors will share their stories.
Ted O'Kane NSW DPI Rural Resilience will look at what drives us to make decisions.
