The Boorowa Crocs got away with a crucial one wicket victory in Yass whilst the Gators crashed to their third straight home defeat against the Harden Hornets.
The Crocs return to the winners list wasn't easy.
After restricting the Yass Bowling Club Pirates to 158, Boorowa made heavy weather of the chase getting across the line with just one wicket remaining.
Meanwhile back in Boorowa, the Gators were set a similar target of 162 for victory by the Harden Hornets.
Unfortunately for the Gators, their batting line up couldn't emulate the Crocs and they fell 53 runs short being dismissed for 109.
A highlight for the day for the Gators was the bowling of promising young gun, Archie Gay who was outstanding picking up 5/23.

His contribution with the bat was handy as well scoring a patient 23.
Archie has a big future in the game and is already making his mark at representative level.
The next competition round is scheduled for January 11 but there is a massive day of local cricket on Saturday, December 21 when Boorowa Big Bash (BBB No.3) takes place.
It is likely 10 local teams will participate in this seven a side competition which is great day of fun for the serious and not so serious cricketers among the community.
If you aren't yet in a team but are keen to play, just leave a message at the Courthouse Hotel (The Home of Boorowa Cricket) and we will find you a team.
More details in the next week but this is a fun day for players and spectators alike.
Meantime enjoy the first test between the rejuvenated Aussies against a Kiwi side that is very highly respected in all forms of the game.
Pakistan was merely a training run for the Aussies, but the Kiwis will prove a much more challenging prospect.
It may be time for a test match at the Boorowa Recreation ground with its own version of Bay 13.
See you at the cricket.
