Results of the semi-final matches held last Thursday night were:
A GRADE
The A Grade teams have been close all year and the first week of finals didn't disappoint.
In the qualifying semi, the Rec Blue side (First seeds) hosted the second-seeded RAMZ side, and in a great tussle, the Rec Blue side won 4/2 in the first to four format. In doing so, they advanced to the Grand Final in two weeks' time.
In the elimination semi-final, the unpredictable Silver Foxes seeded third, hosted The Top Pub Bollocks seeded, who were seeded fourth. The Foxes lived to fight another day and were too good on the night, taking a 4/1 win. The Bollocks were unlucky and will certainly be a strong force in the next season.
This means that tonight, the RAMZ side play the Silver Foxes in a blockbuster at the Recreation Club. There's not much between these sides and if the Foxes bring their A game, they may just cause an upset. The Ramz will start favourites, with plenty of depth in their line-up.
B GRADE
In B Grade, the first seeded Rec Miz Fitz hosted the second-seeded Leprechauns at the RSL. This was a thriller that came down to the team's match after the Leprechauns led three nil. They held their nerve after a huge scare to win through to the Grand Final, winning 4/3 with Leteesha Peace hitting a season high 68 peg out.
In the elimination B Grade final, the Mad Ramz (third seeds) hosted the fourth-seeded Shenanigans, the host team winning 4/1 to continue in the competition while the Shenanigans can pack their darts away for the season.
Tonight's final sees the Rec Miz Fitz play the Mad Ramz at the Top Pub with the winner going through to a grand final date with the Leprechauns.
Another three sides will be eliminated with the winning sides to move onto the big dance next week.

C GRADE
The first-seeded Ex-Services 26s hosted the second seeded Shamrocks. The hosts jumped out to a 3-0 lead, but the Shamrocks produced one of the comebacks of the season, winning the next four games to win 4/3 and advance to the grand final. Deb Cotter starred with a 93 peg out.
In the elimination final, the Jamieson's hosted the RSL side, the RSL team continuing their late season revival by winning 4/1. This sets up a mouth-watering final between the two Ex-Services sides to see which one goes into the grand final.
Tonight, another three sides will be eliminated with the winning sides to move onto the big dance next week. Get down to a venue near you for all the finals action, starting at 7.30pm.
