The business end of the 2019 darts season has arrived and for some teams the end of the road will be tonight, while others will survive the first week of the finals. All three grades will play their semis tonight commencing at 7.30.

Results from round 28 of the home and away competition format (Last Thursday):
A GRADE
The Top Pub Bollocks hosted the Rec Blue side with the Rec too classy on the night, winning 6/1. The Blues' Steve Makings shot four hundred-plus scores on the night, including a 180 maximum along with two lots of 140s. Alex Lynch also had four hundreds on the night, including a 140, whilst Colin Death had three hundred plus scores. The Bollocks' James Green shot a 180 maximum and Peter Stephens shot eight hundred-plus scores on the night, including a 132.
In the other A Grade game, the Silver Foxes hosted The RAMZ with the RAMs winning 6/1. Josh Carmody was again in the limelight with a season high nine one hundred-plus scores, including two 140s. Tom Thuaux was again shooting well with three hundred plus scores. Additionally, Les Fitzgerald shot a 120 and Vince Leslie shot a 100, while the Silver Foxes' Phil Coggins had four hundreds and Richard Hall shot three tons.
B GRADE
The Miz Fits hosted the Shenanigans with the hosts winning 6/1. Two hundreds were hit by Andrew Hardefeldt. The Shenanigans' Dee McClung shot a 116.
In the other B Grade game, The Mad Ramz hosted The Leprechauns with the away side winning 4/3 in a tight one decided on the last game of singles. Sean Dwyer had a 116 and David Apps shot a ton. The Mad Ones' Shane Friend had a good 74 peg, and there were hundreds each to Wayne Apps, Craig Hearn and David Jansen.
C GRADE
The Ex-Services RSL got their second win of the season when they hosted The Jameson's, winning by 5/2. Clare Curtis hit a 124 and Darrell Armour a 121.
In the other C Grade game, the Top Pub Shamrocks hosted the Ex Services 26's with the hosts winning 4/3. For the Shamrocks, Grant Cotter shot a 140, though not to be out done, the 26's Chris Dwyer had a ton and a fantastic 96 peg out. Grant Wales also contributed with two hundreds.
So, in finalising the competition prior to this week 1 v 2 and 3 v 4 format the competitions finished as below:
A GRADE
- REC BLUE: 145 games for 51 games against 50 pts
- RAMZ: 143 games for 53 games against 50 pts
- SILVER FOXES: 130 games for 66 games against 44 pts
- BOLLOCKS: 100 games for 94 games against 30 pts.
B GRADE
- REC MIZ FITS: 98 games for 98 games against 32 pts
- LEPRECHAUNS: 93 games for 103 games against 32 pts
- MAD RAMZ: 100 games for 96 games against 24 pts
- SHENANIGANS: 90 games for 106 games against 22 pts.
C GRADE
- 26's: 78 games for 118 games against 18 pts
- SHAMROCKS: 74 games for 122 games against 18 pts
- JAMIESON'S: 68 games for 128 games against 18 pts.
- RSL 54 games for 142 games against 4 pts.
