Rosalie Ham is the author of three previous books, including her sensational bestseller The Dressmaker, now an award-winning film starring Kate Winslet, Liam Hemsworth, Judy Davis and Hugo Weaving.
Rosalie was born and raised in Jerilderie, New South Wales, where her family still farm, and now resides in Melbourne.
She holds a Master of Arts in Creative Writing and teaches Literature.
Rosalie will be joining us at a special morning event held at the Hilltops Library Boorowa on Thursday 14 November at 10.30am.
Chris Hammer is bestselling author of 'Scrublands' published in 2018. Scrublands was shortlisted for the ABIA, Indies and NSW Premier's Award and recently longlisted for UK Crime Writers' Association New Blood Dagger Award for debut crime novels.
His second novel, 'Silver' published by Allen & Unwin, was released on October 1.
Before turning to fiction, Chris was a journalist for more than 30 years, dividing his career between covering Australian federal politics and international affairs.
Chris will join us for a morning event Friday, November at 10.30am at Hilltops Library Boorowa.
Bookings are required as it is anticipated that this "Series - In Conversation" will be popular events in the Hilltops region.
