This is an annual event that showcases the achievements of our students in all endeavours and the value of public education. This year's theme was 'Every student, every voice'.
The week began with the Subject Selection Information night. This evening is always an exciting step in a student's educational pathway as they are presented with 'electives' for the first time in Year 9 or as an entire pattern of study in Year 11.
The Binit Binit learning community art exhibition also launched in Yass on Monday night with numerous students from Boorowa Central School displaying several art works using a variety of techniques and mediums. They were very proud of their efforts.

On Wednesday, our Year 8, 9,10 and 11 students attended the 'Ag Vision' Agricultural Expo at Homebush which was a wonderful opportunity for our students to explore careers in the agricultural industry.
Despite the freezing temperatures on Thursday, the school was a buzz with the showcasing of amazing and creative work done by our students from across the whole school. Students and families enjoyed a sausage sizzle before a whole school assembly.
Students were given the opportunity to 'have a voice' by sharing their experiences and aspirations and partake in musical items along with singing along to John Farnham's 'You're the Voice'. Parents in the Infants and Primary were able to visit the classrooms.
Representative from Years 3 to 6 participated in the annual Spelling Bee Challenge with our excellent spellers fighting it out at the end, 'isosceles' being the deciding word.
Our school also participated in the Binit Binit learning community concert along with other schools in our region in Yass on the Friday night.
Our dancers and singers performed with great enthusiasm and were well rehearsed. Their entertaining choreographed routine was credited to the many hours of practice under the expert guidance of our dedicated staff.
It was a huge week for all involved but only a glimpse of the fantastic achievements that the staff and students work toward together every day at our rural, inclusive public school - a school where excellence is achieved through Respect, Responsibility and Participation.
