Work complete on Tarrants Gap Road
Council advise that the bridge works on the northern end of Tarrants Gap Road are now complete, allowing the road to be re-opened to all traffic.

This project will enable increased access to motorists in this area, especially after periods of heavy rain where the previous causeway would be submerged, preventing through vehicle movements.
The bridge project was funded by the Federal Government Roads to Recovery grant program.
Council thank motorists for their patience with the detour put in place during this period.
