Rates notices:
From July 1, 2019 you need to note the following when paying a new rates notice:
1. Our Biller Code has changed to 99465
2. Everyone will have a new Customer Reference Number. You will find this in the bottom left corner of your notice.
3. You need to use these new numbers, otherwise your payment may not be processed.
4. If you currently use direct debit as your payment option, we have taken care of the updates for you and you do not need to do anything else.
5. If you use BPAY View to pay your rates you will need to re-register with Council's new Biller Code (99465) and the CRN on your new rates notice
Water notices:

3. You need to use these new numbers, otherwise your payment may not be processed.
