Hilltops Naked Farmer calendar organiser Ellie Burstal said it was fantastic have the group's support for the calendar.
"I saw them (Blue Tree Project) on Facebook and painted one of my trees blue," she said.
"Then I noticed a lot of them had gone up in Young and I got in contact to see if we could do a photo with a blue tree. They were really happy with that and said they would love to do a photo with the people who originally started to project.
"So a big thanks to Blue Tree for jumping on board hopefully we can make people more aware of each project and increase our profiles," she said.
Ms Burstal said the Blue Tree Project had been great fun, and added the calendar was coming along well.
"Blue Tree Project thought it was so funny, they can't wait to see the calendar and they are going to be selling a few of them over there for us," she said.
"So far we've done three photos and the rest have been lined up for the calendar. We're just after sponsors now. It will be nice to have it out again, we started it a lot earlier this year so we'll have some more time to advertise it," she said.
Ms Burstal said it was exciting to see how well the calendar had been accepted by the community. "I thought this would be a one off thing but people keep asking for the next one," she said.
"Last year it was whoever I could think of (to be photographed) while this year we have lots of people from around the community and now the other side of Australia.
"It's nice to show that it's okay to get a little uncomfortable and vulnerable that it's not that a big deal.
"As long as we are making a difference and letting people know there are people out there to help and understand what they are going through, that's all that matters to us," she said.
