We've seen plenty of improvement from most sides as we get into the regular Thursday nights of competition.
Round four in review saw the following results:
The unbeaten RAMZ hosted the Top Pub Shamrocks, with the Ramz winning 4/3 and getting home early in the night before the Shamrocks hit back.
The Shamrocks played out of their skins and never gave in. For the Ramz, Vince Leslie shot four hundred plus scores on the night and was well supported by Jacob Carmody with a 105.
The Shamrocks shared the honours with a special mention to Amanda Shean for her first competition ton being a 120.
Alex Fox impressed with two hundred plus scores. Neil Turner and Grant Cotter also shot hundred scores being a 116 and a 110 respectively.
The Rec Blue are also undefeated and hosted the Rec Miz Fitz with the Rec Blue being a bit to good on the night winning 5/2.
The Rec Blue's Steve Makings was outstanding with six hundred plus scores including two 140 highs and a 116 peg out.
He was well supported by Colin Death with six hundred plus scores including two 140 high scores and Lyn Chapman with a 100. The Miz Fitz Rod Neeson shot seven hundred scores or plus with a 133 high.
Leteesha Peace shot a 116 and Andrew Hardefeldt hit a 100.
The Top Pub Silver Foxes hosted the Mad Ramz with last year's C grade Champions giving the host side a bit of a scare coming down to the last singles match.
The old foxes were a little too sly getting home 4/3. Great darts by Dennis Watson with eight hundred plus scores and a 140 high.
He was well supported by Lester Murphy with three hundred scores including a 121 high. The Mad Ramz shared scoring honours.
Shane Friend stepped up with a 110 score and a nice 72 peg out whilst Ray Poplin hit a 140 and Anna Armstrong shot a 112.
The Top Pub Bollocks hosted the Top Pub Jameson's with the host side being a bit to good winning 5/2.
Tess Channon shot four hundred plus scores whilst Lucy Kershaw had two hundred plus scores being a 115 and a 114. The shining light for the Jameson's was Bob Clayton with a 108.
The Top Pub Shenanigans hosted the Ex Services RSL side, with the Shenanigans being a bit too slick with a 5/2 winning scoreline.
The Shenanigans Jake McKenzie was good with a 114 and Dee McClung was impressive with a 121.
For the RSL, Darrell Armour looked the goods with a 135 and Adrian March was also in top form with a 118.
In In the last game of the evening the Ex Services 26's hosted the Top Pub Leprechauns and the Leprechauns were too strong winning 6/1.
The Leprechauns were strong all round with David Apps shooting a 118 whilst Naomi Roberts won her first competition singles match with the side.
Last week all teams were supplied an entry sheet for the mixed doubles so remember to grab a partner and lock yourself in for a fun night. All entries close on April 14 at the next general meeting.
The draw for tonight's action is as follows:
