The 11th Annual Lambing Flat Sculpture, Wood and Big Art Exhibition opens at Young Town Hall on Tuesday, March 26 at 7pm.

The exhibition, presented by the Young Society of Artists is a major festival drawcard and has support from artists and artisans from a wide area.
The exhibition will be on show from Wednesday through to Sunday.
The Lambing Flat Chinese Festival will be held on Saturday, March 30.
Big Bash at Boorowa
Frogmore and Rye Park areas form part of the itinerary for the annual Boorowa Bush Bash to be held on April 13-15.
This event is organised by the Rotary Club of Boorowa and those taking part need four wheel or all wheel drive vehicles, UHF and camping equipment.

Best Selling Author to visit
R.A. Spratt, the bestselling author and television writer of the 'Nanny Piggins', 'Friday Barnes' and 'The Peski Kids' series will give presentations at all three Hilltops library branches in April.
The author will also conduct a Young Writers' Workshop for those 10-16 years at Young on April 16.
Jugiong Writers' Festival
Some of Australia's best know authors, including Jackie French will take part at the Jugiong Writers' Festival at the weekend.
The festival is held every two years and this year's theme is 'Down the Track'.
Gabrielle Chan will open the event at 12.45pm on Saturday with well know authors Sulari Gentill, Chris Hammer, Charles Massy, Trisha Dixon, Holly Throsby, Karen Viggers and Peter Rees also appearing on the program.
