The second annual Hilltops Community Partners Forum is being held on Wednesday, March 20 from 10am - 3pm at The Young Services Club.
The purpose of the forum is for Hilltops community organisations and groups to come together to share ideas, successes and identify emerging trends in the Hilltops area.
The forum is aimed at not for profit groups, Government agencies and organisations who are currently providing services in the Hilltops region or wish to provide services in the future.
The forum will also explore various ways your organisation can contribute to the achievement of the Community Strategic Plan (CSP) outcomes for the benefit of the Hilltops community over the next decade.
This is also an opportunity to assess progress of the CSP and guide Council’s Delivery Program, Operational Plan and Resourcing Strategy to direct the priorities of the Hilltops Council going forward.
Hilltops Mayor Brian Ingram invites representatives from community groups to attend the forum.
“We welcome representatives of groups and organisations to attend the forum and work together to help Council continue to address the needs of the community. A strong community is the result of community groups working together," he said.
