Preparations are well underway for one of the biggest days on Boorowa’s calendar.
Nominations have closed with 434 teams nominated.
Both St Joseph’s Primary School and Boorowa Central School are again overwhelmed by the response from schools.
The Carnival continues to be the largest primary school carnival held in NSW and ACT.
Schools are coming from the surrounding towns of:
- Young
- Murrumburrah
- Temora
- Crookwell
- Goulburn
- Queanbeyan
- Yass
- Braidwood
- Cootamundra and
- many primary schools from the ACT.
The aim of the Carnival is for the children to participate and enjoy the day, playing netball or touch football with their peers and friends.

We are looking for any community volunteers who could spare a few hours to assist with either car parking or work in the canteens.
