An inner Melbourne housing estate is now home to the tallest mural in the southern hemisphere.
The painting along one side of a 20-storey apartment building in Collingwood features portraits of four the tower's residents to represent the community that call the flats home.
The mural was painted by street art collective Juddy Roller Studios with spray painter Matt Adnate and took three years to complete.
Funding for the project came from the Victorian government MP Martin Foley's portfolios of creative industries and housing.
