The club and its members have donated the park bench, located on the Boorowa River Walk, to mark 100 years of Lions Clubs International.

Members, along with Hilltops Councillor, Mayor Brian Ingram, were on hand to unveil the new bench recently.
In accepting the donation, Mayor Ingram acknowledged the hard work and service contributions by the Boorowa Lions Club and many Lions worldwide for the past century of International Lionism.
“On behalf of the community, I thank you for this donation of the park bench, marking the centenary of Lions Clubs International,” Mayor Ingram said.
The Boorowa Lions Club meets on the second and fourth Thursday of the month at 7pm at the Boorowa Hotel.
