Tonight will see the final round of the regular darts season with teams still battling it out for positions in their respective grades. After tonight’s results are known a General Meeting will be held at the Top Pub at 7.30pm on Monday, September 10. At this meeting, teams will be informed of opponents, venues and qualified players. It’s is important that at least one delegate from every team attends.

The results from last week’s game were:
A Grade Comp:
The Ram and Stallion, RamZ team hosted the Top Pub Guinness with the RamZ side winning 5/2. We saw some great darts here with the RamZ Josh Carmody and Vince Leslie throwing 5 hundred scores or plus, two by Les Fitzgerald and an unusual, but good 40 peg out in three darts by Ross Hignett Double 1,Double 3, Double 16.The Guinness Contributors were Dennis Watson with 5 hundred or plus scores, with three by Phil Coggins and a nice 99 Peg out by Richard Hall.
In the their game The Rec Blue hosted the Rec Gold side with the Gold side causing a bit of an upset winning 4/3. Gold contributors were Phil Johnston with four hundred scores and one from Andrew McGrath. The Blue side had Steve Makings and Colin Death score four hundred scores or plus and two each from Lyn Chapman and Russell George.
B Grade Comp:
The Top Pub Whisky Business hosted the Top Pub Shamrocks with the Whisky getting home on the last game of singles 4/3 in a tight one. There were three hundred scores to the Whisky's Peter Bell and one to Stace Brown. The Shamrocks Grant Cotter scored a hundred and had a nice 44 peg out.
The Top Pub Leprechauns hosted the Ex Services RSL side and The Leprechauns ran out winners 5/2 with two hundreds to David Apps and one Hundred to Rebecca Weal and Trevor Spinks. Trevor also had an unusual three dart 6 peg out. The RSL's Adrian March had two hundred plus scores.
C Grade Comp:
The Top Pub Blarneys hosted the Mad RamZ with the Blarneys getting home in a tight one in the last game of Singles 4/3. For the Mad RamZ side Ray Poplin shot two hundred plus scores.
In the other Match,The Top Pub Shenanigan hosted the The Top Pub Jameson’s earlier in the week with the Shenanigans winning 5/2. This game saw a hundred plus score to Leteesha Peace.
Players in each grade are asked to check with their captain prior to next Thursdays first week of finals.
Final will be 1 v 2 winner advances to final with a week off, and 3 v 4 where winner plays loser of 1 v 2 the following week and loser is finished for the year.
