Round 4 of the Stronger Communities Programme aims to improve local infrastructure and provide essential community equipment. Applications will be assessed by a Hume selection committee, through the office of The Hon Angus Taylor MP.
“The Stronger Communities Programme is funding worthy local projects that bring our communities together and build participation and connection,” Mr Taylor said.
“Small capital projects can range from upgrading a community hall or sporting facility, building new bike paths, or providing equipment for a local community organisation.”
Applications of between $2,500 and $20,000 under Round 4 of the Stronger Communities Programme are open until Thursday, October 11, 2018.
Up to 20 projects will share in $150,000 across Hume.

The 2018 Volunteer Grants are also now open to help volunteer groups buy equipment such as laptops, pay fuel costs, train volunteers and improve their fundraising.
Applications for 2018 Volunteer Grants of between $1000 and $5,000 are open until Tuesday, September 18, 2018.
