Well done Wendy, lovely golf.

Ladies gear up for Canemumbula Cup
The following is this year’s Canemumbula Cup form guide:
Jill Adams: Our patroness has not played much of late but is the longest playing member in the history of the Boorowa Ladies Golf. A very consistent player and will hit up the middle of the fairway.
Frances Brewer: A long hitter, plays very well on the fairways and is playing excellent golf at the moment. The one to watch, will be a force.
Pat Croker: A player who loves this event. Great, competitive player who has won this cup three times and hopes to be successful again. Has a good handicap and will have a winning chance.
Kate Crisp: Kate plays a very good game and plays under pressure. Has won this event four times. If Kate has a good round, even though has a little handicap, will have a winning chance.
Christine (Polly) Farrell: Has got the game in hand. Has Irish trips all done and has a great handicap and hitting the ball straight up the fairway. With Mick’s guidance, Polly stands a good chance.
Hazell Gardner: Great golfer, playing improved, Scottish golf at the moment.
Felicity Corcoran: A natural player of golf, seems like she has been playing for years. Top player of the future. Big chance.
Leanne Farrell: Cannot keep a brave girl down. Leanne hits a mighty ball up the fairway and if the day and game is right, will take home the bacon.
Del Grieg: Left hander playing very well at the moment. Has won three times before and must be a good contender for this year also. Competition player.
Bev Good: Has not played much gold over the last couple of years but with the right handicap, the girl from the bottom of the Canemumbula Hill will be trying hard. Would love to win. Her new buggy may help her travel the fairways in good time.
Suzanne Manning: B Grade Club Champion. Playing very good golf, will also be a force to be reckoned with in her new cart.
Lyn Thomas: Lyn loves her golf and is always there to lend a hand. Lyn is an each way bet.
Marie Martin: Good left hander’s handicap and also from the bottom of Canemumbula Hill. Marie has won this cup once before and is playing well enough to win again. If she can keep her mind on the golf and not on the Presidential job, she has a chance.
Wendy Tuckerman: Club Champion 2018 She has a very low handicap, which is a testament to how well she can play. Another favourite on the day.
Joanne McCaulsen (nee Dwyer): An ex-hockey player and new member of our club, showing outstanding ability at the moment. C Grade Champion and player to watch.
Marg Bowles: New player to the club, when she’s not travelling overseas, is on a high handicap.
Gillian Smith: Great potential, got to get her off the farm on Wednesdays. High handicap, future golfer.
Marg Blomfield: C Grade runner up after a play-off and can be a very good competition player.
