Last Friday, even though the weather conditions were really challenging, the Boorowa Hospital Auxiliary held their annual Mother’s Day Stall and successfully raised almost $2000 for Boorowa Multi Purpose Centre.

All proceeds of the stall will go to the hospital for the purchase of new and necessary equipment.

Our appreciation and thanks go to all those people in the Boorowa community who donated goods to sell, donated money to the cause, bought raffle tickets in the Pamper Hamper and visited the stall to but the produce on sale.

A special thank you must go to Gisela Watt, who brought an amazing array of plants for sale and also stood in the freezing cold for the morning!

Our congratulations to June Moorby from Boorowa House Cottages on winning the Pamper Hamper full of many special goodies.

If you would like to join the Hospital Auxiliary and help our Hospital we would love to see you.

Our meetings are held every second Thursday of each month at the Hospital.

It’s a great thing to do especially if you are new in town.
