They went out hard with great tagging from Zarlie Quinn and some strong runs made by Ella Cross as dummy half.
Heidi O’Connor controlled the game well as first receiver in the first half.
The girls were determined which resulted in a great try from Eliza Taylor breaking through the line to score a length of the field try near the post with an excellent conversion by Hayley Hambrook going through the uprights.
Half time came and the girls were very hot and determined to get more points on the board.
The second half led to a few more tries going Junees way but the girls didn’t lose hope with Amber McKay, Shania McKinnon and Julia Roberts doing great tagging and saving tries.
In the last five minutes of the second half found Isabella Piper going in for a try on the right wing.
The siren signalled the end of the first game with the score ending up 34-10 Junee's way.
The girls played a great game and had to back up for game two straight after.
Delilah Cross and Amelia Rowan directed the play well as dummy half and first receiver.
Bonnie Abnett and Sara Collins were strong in attack, spreading the ball all the way to the wing.
Overall the girls’ had a great two games and all played well putting their training into practice.
The highlight of the day was the water fight at the end - the girls took advantage of the warmer weather while they can.
