Whether it’s checking out the pavilion or seeing the finest livestock, there is something for everyone at this year’s Show, with a few new activities for the whole family.
There will be a display of the cutest animals at Old Kentucky Farm’s petting zoo or, for the very brave, a photo op with creepy, crawly insects.
The kids are sure to enjoy free face painting, the Magic Jester, games and rides down the sideshow alley and like every year, the kids can test their skills and ride the mechanical bull.
All of your favourite pavilion categories will be on display, including art, handicrafts, cooking and photography.
The very best livestock will also be on display, with sheep, stud cattle, poultry, ducks and caged birds all ready to be judged in the different competitions, including the new Cavies display.
This year the Show is set to be opened by Wal Merriman, who has had a long-term involvement with the Boorowa Show, including a tenure as Show President, committee member and stewart.
The Tiny Tots, Miss Teen and Junior Showgirl competitions, along with the Pet Show, Vintage Engine Judging and results of the Flock Ewe will also take place on the day.
